My GTO course “Game Theory For Overachievers” is now available here.
If you decide not to join, that’s cool with me. But one of the biggest mistakes that many people tend to make is that while they often spend money on useless gadgets without thinking too much, they tend to hesitate a lot when it comes into investing in their own education. I personally did not hesitate to spend $3000 hiring a private coach to learn about Game Theory and its application to NLHE when I was presented with the opportunity to do so. One of my biggest regrets in my poker career was not learning about Game Theory much earlier as it almost certainly would have guaranteed me a huge edge over all of my opponents (I only started reading The Mathematics of Poker in 2013).
Game Theory For Overachievers is a complete step-by-step system which aims to enable the student to think on his own feet and make profit-maximizing decisions in ANY poker situation he/she may encounter. GTO concepts are particularly useful for formulating game-plans for common situations, and dealing with unusual situations where there are many unknown factors involved in the hand. If you find that you are struggling to beat your current Small Stakes or Mid Stakes games, I think you’ll benefit greatly from learning about GTO and its relevance to poker.
